Upcoming events

We have a really busy month coming up in October so why not come and see us at some of these great events. 

First off we have am evening on 4th October with El & friends. An evening of healthy food, fitbess events, nutrition advise, toiletries and the wonderful El Obsession will have some amazing and beautiful products. All the businesses at this event are locally run so it will be a test community event. 

Fit Fest hosted by the amazing Pretty heavy Lifters, a day full of all things fitbess related, workouts, yoga, fitbess clothing, nutrition talks and so much more. Just £30 a ticket for the ultimate day out hosted locally in Nottingham. 

Serious about lifting or live Strongman.the Amazing Adam Bishop will be holding a workshop at Grindhouse strongman teaching techniques and talking all things strongman. We will be there providing healthy treats to everyone. 

We are a fully vegan company and it is something that I personally feel very passionate about. Why not pop down to beautiful Matlock and see us at Vegan Fest, we will have a selection of all our guilt free alternati es avaliable on the day.
